How quickly does A-Team Home Care respond to a contact request?

Our care coordinators answer the phone during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET) and respond to web forms within one business day. Our clinical team is on call around the clock for active clients.

Do you accept Medicaid and Medicare?

Yes. A-Team is in-network with Pennsylvania Medicaid Community HealthChoices (Keystone First, AmeriHealth Caritas, PA Health & Wellness, UPMC) and is a Medicare-certified home health agency. We also accept VetAssist (Veterans Aid and Attendance) and private pay.

What languages does A-Team Home Care speak?

Our office and care teams speak English, Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian. We match caregivers to clients by language whenever possible.
